Modo + Yin

This class flows through the standing Modo series for the first portion of class, then transitions to a Yin based practice for the remainder of class. Open to all levels, this class is practiced in a hot room with a temperature of around 38 degrees celsius. Can’t decide between a Modo or Yin practice? Get the best of both worlds.
