Haley Plaa has always been a lover of movement, from moving freely in her family home to moving with precision on stage, the practice has laid a deep foundation within. Experiencing and experimenting with different modalities of motion and energy, she offers a practice of intelligent, dynamic, intuitive movement. She is trained in Hatha, Modo, Vinyasa, Yin, Trauma Sensitivity, and Thai Massage. Her classes have an emphasis on exploring breath in movement, bridging the gap between body and mind.
