Taylor’s yoga journey began in 2010 when she was looking for a new way to get active. It wasn’t until she found the Modo community that her practice truly deepened as she started to understand the effect that yoga has on both the body and the mind. Taylor believes that yoga is the perfect antidote to the chaos of life. Through her teaching, Taylor strives to give students the time and space to stop, breathe, and connect to what is truly important. Off the mat, you can find Taylor in the classroom as a high school science teacher, or in the kitchen cooking some yummy vegan cuisine.
